I placed my order online. When will my package be delivered?

We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Ordinarily we require one day to process your order, once processed the order will be shipped on the next ship day. It will be delivered one or two days after that, depending on whether it is shipped two-day air or overnight. For more information, see our Shipping Policies. You are always welcome to call us to check on the status of your package.


How will my package be shipped?

We ship to the contiguous United States via FedEx, either two-day air or overnight. We ship to Hawaii via FedEx Priority Overnight. Due to the perishable nature of our products all orders shipped to warmer locations are sent overnight.


I placed my order and received a confirmation email with my tracking number but I can’t seem to track it?

When we process your order, a tracking number is generated. However, you will only be able to track your order once FedEx has picked up the package at our location which happens around 12:00 p.m. AKST on the shipping day. Please see Shipping Information.


I see your products are perishable. What happens if there is a problem with shipping and my package arrives warm to the touch?

We guarantee that our packages will arrive in good condition. If a package arrives warm to the touch, contact us and we will re-ship the product free of charge. For more information, see our Shipping Policies.


Can I purchase a gift package from you, then pick it up and ship it myself?

You are welcome to do this if you would like. We cannot guarantee packages that we do not ship, so we will not be able to replace items that spoil or are damaged upon arrival. Also, please keep in mind that we negotiate bulk shipping rates with FedEx and pass those savings on to you.


What will the package look like when it arrives?

Our gift packages are attractively arranged in a shipping box with festive holiday filler. Gel ice is included to keep the products cool and fresh.


Can I put together my own gift package instead of purchasing one of your standard gift packages?

Yes, please feel free to pick and choose your own custom-designed package. Custom gift packages will have a $15.00 box and ice fee.


Can you deliver packages to Hawaii?

Yes, we will be glad to do that. Orders sent to Hawaii are only shipped on Mondays and are sent Priority Overnight; however they take two days to be delivered. Special shipping rates apply, so please call us at 800-798-3636 (907-562-3636) to place the order.


Do you ship packages within the state of Alaska?

We certainly do, via UPS Ground, FedEx, Alaska Airlines or other Air Taxi services. We also offer local delivery within the Anchorage area. Please call us at 800-798-3636 (907-562-3636) for shipping/delivery rates and to place the order.


I want to order several gift packages to different recipients. How do I do that?

You should create an account on our website that saves your billing information and address, and then place a separate order to each recipient. Each order requires a separate shipping address. Multiple gift packages shipped to the same address can be placed as a single order.


Can I ship a package to a service member in Afghanistan or Iraq?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship our products overseas. We do offer a number of non-perishable products, such as Hunter Sticks, Teriyaki Sticks, Salami, Smoked Salmon Tenders, etc., which can be purchased individually and shipped via the postal service. We are unable to guarantee that regulations allow service members to receive food items such as these.


Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes, we do sell gift cards. Please call us at 1-800-798-3636 or email us at aks@ak.net to order a gift card.
