General Policies

SHIPPING POLICIES: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we ship all orders FedEx overnight. Shipping days are MONDAY, TUESDAY, and WEDNESDAY excluding major Holidays. Orders require a business day for processing and then will be shipped on the next available shipping day. See below for specific shipping days: Order Placed on Saturday after 4:30 p.m. AK time and before Monday at 4:30 p.m. AK time is shipped on Tuesday and will arrive on Wednesday. Orders placed after 4:30 p.m. AK time on Monday and before 4:30 p.m AK time on Tuesday will ship on Wednesday and arrive on Thursday. Orders placed after 4:30 p.m. AK time on Tuesday and before 4:30 p.m. AK time on Saturday will be shipped Monday and will arrive on Tuesday. SPECIAL NOTE FOR 2007 HOLIDAY ORDERS: Because Christmas is on Tuesday, orders need to be placed by 4:30 p.m. AK time on Wednesday December 19, in order to have them shipped before Christmas. Orders received after 4:30 p.m on Wednesday December 19th will be shipped on Wednesday December 26 and will arrive on Thursday, December 27. To send your gift package in time for New Years, orders need to be placed by 4:30 p.m. AK time on Wednesday, December 26. Shipping prices are based on package weight. For orders weighing over 21 pounds, we will contact you via phone or e-mail with the correct shipping prices.

We cannot be responsible for delayed or spoiled packages due to incorrect delivery information or national or local disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events beyond our control, such as weather phenomena, strikes or natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes are examples of natural disasters). Re-routing of packages en route or at the point of delivery will result in an additional $10 charge.
