The #3 Hatcher Pass wrapped basket is a premium mix of sausages and smoked seafood.  This streamlined package focuses on the main thing: our gourmet smoked products.  It includes both smoked salmon and our delectable smoked halibut.  These smoked fish pieces are cut by hand, carefully seasoned, and hardwood smoked to perfection.  The Alaskan sausage rings with reindeer have been our signature product for over 60 years, and the Alaskan salami with reindeer is a dense, shelf-stable sausage that is bursting with flavor and makes a nice contrast to the sausage rings.
