Alaskan Sausage with Reindeer is our signature product, made using the original recipe developed by our German founder in 1963. This polish-style sausage is carefully seasoned then alderwood smoked in our on-site German smokehouses with the same care and attention that have defined us for over six decades. The result is a sausage that is savory, flavorful, and a taste of the Last Frontier. The Chub is a little wider than the ring, giving you better coverage on that cracker with cheese. It makes an excellent addition to an Alaskan-style charcuterie tray.
